The main costs associated with a knockdown rebuild are based off the size of the home you would like to build, the complexity of your block and your choice of inclusions. We will outline these costs for you in your initial building estimate and then again in your contract.

Morris Homes has extensive experience and a time-proven business relationship with our preferred demolition company, we are happy to include the demolition as part of our contract or even refer our trusted demolition company for you to manage.
