Who we are

Morris Homes is the trading name of Auscro Design & Build Pty Limited (ABN 33 162 976 865), a licensed NSW builder (licence 264299C) based at Unit 3/74 Edward Street, Riverstone NSW 2765. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send a brief, call, text, email or use the chat on this site, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, the site address or suburb, the type of build you are considering, a budget range, your timing and any notes you choose to add. If you proceed to a project we collect what is needed to design, price, approve and build it, including property, survey and contract details.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. This is used in aggregate to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, including by phone, SMS and email.
• To run a desktop feasibility on the site you tell us about.
• To prepare drawings, estimates, selections, approvals and contracts if you proceed.
• To manage your build and keep you updated during construction and the maintenance period.
• To tell you about Morris Homes designs, inclusions and offers, only where you have agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.

Automated replies

When you send a brief through this site, our enquiry system may send an automated SMS or email acknowledging it and asking for anything missing, such as the site address. A member of the Morris Homes team then follows up personally. Reply STOP to any SMS to stop automated messages.

Who we share it with

Brad Morris and the Morris Homes team. We do not sell personal information. We use third-party providers to host this website, to manage client communication and enquiries, to track construction projects, to suggest addresses as you type, and to process payments and contracts. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Where a project requires it, we share relevant details with consultants, certifiers, councils and authorities.

Address suggestions and live reviews use Google Maps services, subject to the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy.

How we keep it

Enquiry and project records are kept in our business systems with access limited to the team members who need them. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for the periods required by building, tax and contract law.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, measurement and, where enabled, advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features may then work differently.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing. Email brad@morrishomes.com.au or call 0421 978 738. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
